Health, Movement and Fitness Coach
I started out as a chef in Newcastle before
moving to Sydney to refine my career in the kitchen. But it didn’t take long to realise I wanted more from life than long hours over a stove. As a former competitive gymnast, I was always chasing new challenges and exploring new ways to move — and I knew my path belonged in health and fitness.
After completing my Personal Training studies in my early 20s, I began working in some of the biggest gym chains. While it gave me a solid foundation, I quickly felt there was something missing. I didn’t just want to count reps on machines — I wanted to unlock what the body is truly capable of.
That curiosity led me on a journey of constant learning. Course after course, I developed my craft, blending gymnastics, strength training, Animal Flow, ViPR, movement-based training,
and rehab. This became the foundation for Move Method — a space designed to help people
move better, feel stronger, and build confidence in their bodies.
Today, I run my own studio in Sydney, working alongside chiropractors, physiotherapists, and allied health professionals to support clients of all ages and abilities. My focus is on helping people discover that there’s so much more to training than lifting weights or running on treadmills. It’s about building resilience, confidence, and the ability to live life without limitations.
Now, with 20 years of experience, I’m proud to not only coach clients but also mentor the next generation of Personal Trainers — passing on the same passion for health, movement, and community that’s shaped my own journey.
