Join our classes to improve your posture, stamina, balance, agility, and overall strength. We believe in a holistic approach to movement, focusing on the body's natural abilities rather than machines. By learning this systematic approach, you'll gain endless abilities, body awareness, and confidence.
We offer a trial class for every child to see if they enjoy our classes. Class sizes are limited to 10 students. Our prices are as follows:

  • 1 class per week: $25

  • 2 classes per week: $45

  • This is paid through weekly memberships. set up on our booking system.
